Escondido Office

The Escondido office is typically open Mon-Thur from 8 am to 4:00 pm. On Friday we are open from 8 am to 12:30 pm.
The entrance to our office is through double glass doors off of the driveway. The doors at the front and back of our office building are locked.
Parking is available behind the building. Be careful watching for traffic entering and leaving the drivway.
This is a full service location with 2 rotating MDs (Dr. Hofmeister and Saini) and 1 OD (Dr. Baha). We have an optical and a full staff team.
Surgery is performed in Escondido at Palomar Surgery Center, 2130 Citracado Parkwy, Escondido, CA 92029

Hemet Office

The Hemet office is open on Thursdays for clinic with Dr. Saini from 9 am to 4pm
We have optical days every 1 to 2 months with Dr. Baha for Vision plan patients who want glasses.
Parking is easily available in the parking lot next to the building or on the street next to the building.

Santa Monica Office

This is a unique office where Dr. Saini mostly sees long-term stable patients who have regular interval examinations, such as stable glaucoma or diabetic patients.
Dr. Saini also performs expert medical review and expert independent medical exams here
The clinic is located on the 5th floor in suite 505e of the 2021 building of the “Medical Center of California”. The building is next to St Johns Hospital in Santa Monica. On the building directory, the location is listed as “Integrity Eye”, not Dr. Saini. Parking is available on the streets in Santa Monica at city metered spots, or in the parking garage associated with the Medical Center of Santa Monica. We do not offer parking reimbursement or validation.
Clinic days are monthly or bi-monthly, therefore this is not a good location for patients who have emergencies or problems that require frequent follow-up. If we encounter a patient with these needs we will refer them to another practice in the area.
